On March 29th, 2012, the Ironbound Community Corporation in collaboration with Weston Solutions, will proudly host the Ironbound Green Business Forum for businesses located in the Ironbound neighborhood of Newark, New Jersey.  Aimed at supporting the Ironbound’s business community, the objectives of the Ironbound Green Business Forum are two-fold:

To help identify new green business opportunities for local businesses, and

To find ways to help businesses green their methods and operations.

The Forum will offer businesses the prospect to network with like-minded businesses seeking sustainable business solutions in a variety of sectors including energy, recycling and waste management, sustainable food production and distribution, real estate, amongst others. Local and regional vendor representatives will provide information and resources on how to best increase your economic bottom-line while promoting sustainable principles. We hope the Forum will provide valuable insight and strategies on how to leverage sustainable opportunities in order to increase profitability, efficiency and generate real value.
